Every INSATSU MANGA playmat is printed especially for you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to your table, and what to do if something isn't right.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping

Made to order
Each playmat is printed on demand in high definition, then checked and packed. Production takes [2 to 5] business days before your order ships.

Worldwide delivery
We ship to France, Europe, the USA, Canada and many other countries. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Europe: [5 to 15] business days
  • USA & Canada: [5 to 15] business days
  • Rest of the world: [7 to 15] business days

These times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) or because of carrier delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Packaging
Your playmat is carefully rolled (never folded) and packed to arrive in perfect condition. When you receive it, unroll it and let it rest flat for a few hours: any curl from shipping will disappear.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email.

Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Since production starts quickly, we can only change an address if you contact us within [12] hours of placing your order.

โ†ฉ๏ธ Returns & Refunds

14-day right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, without having to give a reason. Just email us at support@insatsumanga.com with your order number.

  • The playmat must be returned unused, clean and in its original condition, rolled up in its packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Damaged or defective playmat
If your playmat arrives damaged, has a printing defect, loose stitching, or isn't the design or version (With Zone / No Zone) you ordered, contact us within [7] days of delivery at support@insatsumanga.com, with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Lost package
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll track it down with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send you a new one.

๐Ÿงผ Caring for your playmat

  • Clean it gently with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry flat.
  • Don't put it in the washing machine or dryer, and avoid ironing it.
  • Store it rolled up, design facing out, to keep it flat and protect the print.
